About the Office Administrator position M2 Lending Solutions is looking for a friendly, organized, and detailed-oriented Office Administrator to join our team! You will help with overseeing the day-to-day needs of our office space, interacting with customers, and supporting staff with data entry tasks and projects. Your work will contribute to building relationships and enhancing the organization's ability to provide outstanding service experiences, as well as ensuring the office is functional and supportive for all staff.
Your duties will include front desk reception, office supplies management, conference room oversight, customer/vendor follow-up, and basic Excel/QuickBooks data entry work. We expect you to be friendly and supportive to customers and staff, and technologically competent with high-level attention to detail.

Office Administrator responsibilities are: Greet guests and connect with appropriate staff member Answer incoming calls, provide basic information and/or route calls to appropriate staff member Make outbound calls to customers, realtors, and vendors as needed to support sales and operation needs such as setting/confirming appointments, requesting documentation or follow up from previous correspondence, and thanking for their business and/or partnership Manage office supplies per approved budget Send, collect, sort, and correctly distribute all incoming mail and packages Assist in basic office technology set-up and troubleshooting such as printers, computers, telephone software, Microsoft Office applications, etc. Update internal management systems with information provided by Leadership Team such as Bloom Growth, Gusto, Microsoft Teams, and Catalyst Coordinate events, meetings, training sessions and conferences; prepare agendas, set-up meeting facilities, manage food/beverage needs; assist with technology as needed Maintain a neat and comfortable office space by ensuring common areas are clean, straightened, and stocked appropriately including kitchen area, waiting area, conference rooms, meeting spaces, and stock rooms; care for office plants Compose, type, and distribute general correspondence (memos/emails) as needed per Leadership Team directives Manage employee birthday and work anniversary calendar Coordinate celebrations (birthday, work anniversary, holiday), office pot-lucks, and other organization-related activities and events Create and submit reports on your activities on weekly and monthly basis Office Administrator requirements are: Work in-person at Denver office 2+ years' experience in an Administrative Assistant / Office Administrator role High School diploma or equivalent Demonstrated experience providing excellent customer service virtually and in-person Good knowledge of MS Office applications Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong team player with high-level organizational skills, attention to detail, and accountability Critical thinker and self-motivated
