As an Office Administrator you will have an important role in the day-to-day operations of our office in Lake in the Hills, IL. Daily duties will include
Serving as the main point of contact for our customers through phone and email.
Managing office operations and ordering supplies
Provide daily support to field staff including scheduling, managing multiple calendars, and coordinating any changes.
Invoice administration and record keeping
Communicates and enforces company policies and procedures.
General administrative support of team as needed
Requirements
High School Diploma (some college preferred)
Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
Experience with Quickbooks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with SmartService is preferred but not required
Experience with other scheduling software strongly preferred
