Specialty knowledge regarding our core models is a plus but not required. Candidates should possess exceptional self-motivation, confidence, and enthusiasm for the Nissan & Infiniti brands.
Ideal candidates will have good time management skills, and be comfortable engaging with customers online, by phone, or by email. Individuals in this position will be expected to perform job-related responsibilities and additional duties as assigned independently.
Role Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Stay current on our core models and our range of products and servicesInteract with customer in person, over the phone, and through electronic meansListening to clients and recommending the best products for their needsAccepting and processing ordersVerify part numbers and product fitmentPromote special sales and engage the community on social platformsDevelop 1:1 client relationship through regular communicationProvide top-level customer service and resolve customer issues or complaintsParticipate in enthusiast events periodicallyRespond to customers in a timely manner and follow up effectivelySetup returns and exchangesEnsure order accuracyRequirements
