PREMIER THERAPY is looking for PRN Occupational Therapy Assistants to add to our partner's skilled nursing facilities in YOUNGSTOWN, OHIO

Your typical day may include, but is not limited to:
Therapy team and interdisciplinary team collaboration.
Family education.
Facility in services and education.
Attend care planning conferences.
Perform home assessments to prepare for safe discharge.
