We have phenomenal Full-Time OT opportunity located in Arlington, Washington with one of our partner SNF teams . The team is collaborative and patient-focused, with a flexible DOR who supports clinicians. We are looking for OTs who:

possess a variety of clinical competencies and the drive to continually learn and improve Key Responsibilities: - Under the guidance of a physician's orders, you will assess, treat, and diligently document patient progress.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and facilitate optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements :
• Valid license as an Occupational Therapist in Washington.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Previous experience working in a SNF.
• Strong knowledge of occupational therapy principles, assessments, and interventions for rehabilitation.
• Ability to perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and monitor patient progress effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with a diverse healthcare team and educate patients and families.
• Empathy, patience, and a client-centered approach in working with elderly or disabled individuals.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and documentation software.
