Responsibilities
• Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders.• Monitors effectiveness/response of medications.• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment.• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.• Notifies relevant parties of significant changes in a resident's condition.• Performs additional duties as required.
Requirements
• Must have MN LPN or RN License in good standing.• Strong communication and organizational skills required.• Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
