Job Description:
We are in search of a certified Nurse Practitioner with a specialization in Functional Medicine to join our vibrant team. This part-time opportunity is perfect for an ambitious professional driven by a passion for holistic health and personalized patient-centric care. As a key member of our team, you will play an integral role in diagnosing, treating, and educating patients, employing a blend of conventional medical practices and integrative methodologies to achieve optimal health outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments, encompassing patient history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests, to formulate effective treatment plans.
Implement functional medicine strategies to address the root causes of illness, integrating nutrition, lifestyle adjustments, and other non-invasive treatments.
Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic and comprehensive patient care.
Maintain meticulous and accurate medical records through our cutting-edge virtual medical assistant platform.
Engage in both virtual consultations and in-person visits, adhering rigorously to the highest standards of patient care and safety.
Pursue continuous education and training to remain at the forefront of advancements in functional medicine.
Qualifications:
Possession of a valid Nurse Practitioner license and board certification in WA and OR.
Certification or significant training in Functional Medicine (e.g., IFM Certified Practitioner).
Demonstrated experience in a clinical setting, preferably focusing on holistic and integrative medicine.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a strong ability to educate and motivate patients.
Proficiency in utilizing technology, including virtual health platforms and electronic health records.
Compensation:
1-hour consultations: $150
30-minute follow-ups: $75
A 15% passive income share of monthly collections, disbursed monthly or quarterly to the provider for their panel.
A 5% passive income stream allocated to medical assistant/virtual assistant support.
