As a Pediatrics Nurse you will work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary health care team to provide patient care and utilize the nursing process to assess plan implement and evaluate care given to patients. 
Essential Duties:
Observe collect and record data related to a patient's biophysical psychosocial environmental and self care ability as well as educational and discharge planning needs. Analyzes assessment data to formulate a nursing diagnosis. Measures progress toward attainment of patient outcomes and goals. Implements an age appropriate plan of care in conjunction with the physician patient patient's family and other members of the interdisciplinary health care team. Administers medication to ensure patient safety. Shift: 6:45pm - 7:15am
Core Schedule: Week 1 Tue, Wed, Thu; Week 2 Wed, Thu, Fri
License/Certifications:
State of Oregon RN License American Heart Association BLS for Health Care Providers within 30 days of hire PALS certification within 1 year of hire Experience:
None Education:
