Requirements
• Current CA RN licensure• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association• 1 year RN experience in an acute care hospital• Recent acute care medical/surgical nursing experience• Successful completion of Chemotherapy Biotherapy: Fundamentals of Administration within 6 months of hire• Successful completion of the ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Biotherapy certificate within 18 months of hire
