As the Nurse Manager in Endoscopy, you'll assume 24-hour responsibility for the overall operations of the department. You'll serve as the essential link between strategic planning and point-of-care delivery, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities: Developing departmental goals and objectives aligned with nursing and hospital strategic plans.Facilitating change and fostering a culture of shared governance, evidence-based practice, and innovation.Managing staffing needs, promoting staff education, and ensuring competency validation.Maximizing care efficiency and throughput while maintaining financial accountability.Implementing evidence-based standards of care, policies, and procedures.Maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and promoting patient safety.Requirements: Current New York State Registered Nursing License/Registration.Baccalaureate in Nursing (BSN) required.Certification in area of specialty or CNML preferred.Previous leadership experience in endoscopy/ambulatory surgery requiredJoin this state-of-the-art facility in their mission to deliver exceptional care to their diverse patient population while fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.
