The clinical educator is a registered nurse with expertise in education who influences professional role, competence and professional growth of nurses in a variety of settings. The clinical educator serves as an educator, change agent, facilitator, consultant and researcher. The Clinical Educator supports the development of bedside nurses and fosters empowerment through knowledge and skills to achieve excellence through the delivery of evidence-based nursing practice.

Providence Regional Medical Center Everett received the Health Grades Distinguished Hospital Award for Clinical Excellence four years in a row. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Master's Degree in Nursing or actively enrolled in program, projected completion 18 months from date of hire
Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Preferred qualifications: Upon hire: Certification in nursing core specialty
Formal educator experience
Leadership experience
Simulation (high-fidelity and low-fidelity experience)

About the Team Providence has been serving the Pacific Northwest since 1856 when Mother Joseph and four other Sisters of Providence arrived in Vancouver, Washington Territory.
