Responsibilities
• Manage full cycle accounts payable process• Manage vendor data and AP ledgers• Manage recurring invoices and credit card expenses• Research transactions for accurate accounting codes• Provide 1099 documents to vendors• Resolve AP related issues and questions• Assist with Board of Directors meetings• Maintain organizational files and documents• Complete business registrations and file for nonprofit status• Manage business insurance policies, service agreements, leases, utilities, and other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience• 2+ years Accounts Payable experience• 2+ years working with grants in a non-profit setting• Advanced experience in Excel• MS 365 and Google Suite experience• Strong communication skills• Independent remote working area with limited distractions• Ability to interface with staff on camera during working hours
