As a Non-Profit Brand Ambassador, you will play a pivotal role in representing our firm and the causes we support. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with the public, promote awareness of non-profit events, and inspire individuals to support charitable initiatives through participation and donations. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for philanthropy, and the ability to effectively convey the mission and impact of our partner non-profit organizations.
Key Responsibilities: Event Promotion: Act as the face of our firm and the non-profit organizations we represent at various events, including fundraisers, community gatherings, and promotional campaigns. Educate the public about upcoming events, their significance, and the impact of their participation and donations. Utilize persuasive communication techniques to encourage event attendance and engagement. Relationship Building: Develop rapport with event attendees, donors, and community members to foster positive connections and promote ongoing support for non-profit causes. Collaborate with team members to cultivate relationships with local businesses, organizations, and influencers to expand outreach and support. Brand Advocacy: Demonstrate a deep understanding of each non-profit organization's mission, values, and goals, effectively communicating these aspects to diverse audiences. Serve as a passionate advocate for non-profit causes, conveying enthusiasm and sincerity in all interactions to inspire others to get involved and make a difference. Fundraising Support: Assist in fundraising efforts by actively soliciting donations, selling event tickets, and promoting fundraising initiatives. Provide support during events, including registration, logistics coordination, and attendee engagement activities. Data Collection and Reporting: Collect and record relevant data, including attendee feedback, donation pledges, and event metrics, to evaluate effectiveness and inform future strategies. Prepare regular reports summarizing outreach activities, successes, challenges, and areas for improvement. Qualifications: Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or related fields preferred. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Enthusiastic and outgoing personality with a genuine passion for philanthropy. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for events.
