Non Medical Caregiver

Job Summary:Village Caregiving in Clarksburg is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Non Medical Caregiver to join our team. This is a full-time, hourly position in the healthcare/medical field located in Buckhannon, West Virginia. As an individual contributor, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our clients by providing non-medical care and support with daily tasks. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping others and making a difference in their community.Compensation & Benefits:The position offers PAID TRAINING, opportunities for advancement, very flexible schedules, competitive hourly rate of $12 to $14 per hour, paid biweekly. In addition, full-time employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including supplemental medical, dental, and vision insurance.Responsibilities:Provide non-medical care and support to clients in their homes, including assistance with daily tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation.Create a safe and comfortable environment for clients by implementing appropriate safety measures and following all health and safety regulations.Maintain open communication with clients, their families, and our team to ensure their needs are being met and any concerns are addressed.Document and report any changes in client's condition or behavior to the appropriate personnel.Participate in ongoing training and education to improve skills and knowledge in caring for clients.Respect and adhere to client's privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent is required.Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Must be physically able to perform lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.EEOC Statement:Village Caregiving is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to providing a workplace free from discrimination and harassment.
