The study involves collecting surveys from patients who will be meeting with a genetic counselor for cancer, heart disease, or prenatal/reproductive care, and audio recording their genetic counseling session. By studying genetic counseling processes in real clinic settings, our goal is to better understand efficient, quality genetic counseling care.
