I joined the hospitalist team at St. Mary's in 2019 as a hospitalist and grew into the hospitalist medical director role. Practice

We work in an open ICU environment, but no procedures are required.
We use Epic EMR and have access to Sound Physicians' internal informatics platform.
Compensation depends on the number of shifts worked. On average, our physicians earn $298,368 base salaries with a regular rotation of the day and night shifts.
Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life and AD&D insurance, long- and short-term disability, 401k with match, paid medical malpractice and tail coverage, and annual CME allowance.
Internal medicine and family medicine candidates are eligible. Candidates must be board-certified or eligible with the expectation of obtaining certification.
