OVERVIEW The Maintenance Mechanic installs, maintains, repairs and troubleshoots all industrial equipment within the refinery using standard mechanical tools associated with tasks.
DETAILED ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Installs, maintains, repairs and troubleshoots all industrial equipment within the refinery such as pumps, valves, conveyors, screw conveyors, drives, conveyor elevators, centrifugals, and other closely aligned mechanical devices using equipment such as cutters, dies, heating torch, welding, brazing, drill motors, wrenches, hoists etc. Works in a safe manner following all refinery safety requirements WORK EXPERIENCES A minimum of 3 years of experience working in maintenance or in a mechanical position in an industrial or related setting. EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma or Equivalent required ESSENTIAL CAPABILITIES (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES) Candidate must have the ability to:
