• Keying data into administrative systems• Processing new business applications• Preparing illustrations for life insurance applications• Completing business processes for licensing and appointment of producers• Keying service transactions into administrative systems• Answering telephone calls from customers and agents• Making outbound calls to insurance applicants• Making outbound calls to existing customers• Indexing documents in imaging workflow system
Requirements
• Ability to work scheduled shifts of 15-20 hours per week• Flexibility to shift between business functions• Excellent verbal communication skills• Keyboarding skills with attention to detail• Ability to follow documented procedures• Ability to identify when procedures fail and escalate• High school diploma or GED• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, Access• No certifications or licenses required• Extended hours may be required
