Our Owner Services team is looking for a detail oriented Night Manager to complete the Night Audit team. This role is responsible for the safety and security of the property and the property's owners, guests and employees. If you have experience in hospitality, experience working overnight, and knowledge of Opera/audit software, we'd love to meet you!
Duties Include:
Security monitoring of property, alarms and hazard inspectionsOvernight closing reports for the propertyProfessionalism & friendliness when interacting with owners and guestsConduct Night Audit ReportsProfessionalism and Friendliness when interacting with ownersAbility to check guest in/out to the propertyProvide assistance with luggage and vehicles as neededLocation: 100 Bachelor Ridge, Bachelor Gulch
Start Date: ASAP
Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round
Pay rate: $25/hour
Schedule: Nights, 11pm-7am
High School Diploma/GED; AND two (2) years of hospitality experience; OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.Principles, practices, and techniques of the hospitality industry.Proficiency with computer software applications, such as Microsoft Office and Opera PMS.Excellent Customer ServiceProper English, including spelling, grammar, and punctuation via e-mailing and texting.Techniques for dealing with a variety of diverse individuals via phone, e-mail, and in-person.Knowledge of area events and club amenities.Benefits & Perks:
