Job summary
UNC Charlotte Marriott is hiring a part-time night auditor to join their guest service team.They are seeking individuals who want to be part of the #1 team in the University area.Opportunity for personal growth and impact on team development.

Responsibilities
• Audit, balance, and report on various areas of the hotel to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.• Respond to guest inquiries and provide accurate and timely information and service.• Audit, balance, and report on food and beverage outlets' cash and credit operations.• Audit, balance, and report on front desk transactions.• Prepare statistics and income journal sheets for daily reports.• Balance and close bank ticket codes nightly.• Facilitate guest check-in and check-out processes.• Maintain knowledge of in-house and area functions to address guest questions and concerns.• Operate PBX equipment and perform front desk duties.• Perform express checkouts.
Requirements
• High school education or equivalent experience.• Accounting background preferred.• Ability to operate a personal computer, cash register, and calculator.• Knowledge of telephone and guest relations etiquette.• Moderate hearing and excellent speech communication skills.• Excellent vision and comprehension required.• Physical ability to stand and bend/kneel for prolonged periods.• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
