If this sounds like an opportunity you'll love, please start your application today!Responsibilities:Reconcile all credit card transactions, financial records, occupancy percentages, room charges, final bill preparation, and cash drawer activity after a thorough audit processExecute front desk clerk duties as required, such as processing reservations and check-ins, delegating housekeeping, security, and service requests, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving guest complaints as neededProduce and distribute daily weekly, and monthly reports to hotel management, department heads, and general managerProvide exceptional service to all hotel guests during their stayPerform additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as requiredQualifications:Outstanding communication skills and excellent customer service skills are requiredOvernight shift; requires flexible hoursSome college is preferred but a high school diploma or equivalent is requiredComputer proficiency is required; experience with accounting or reservation software is preferredFront desk clerk duties, guest services, night auditor or previous hospitality experience is preferred but not requiredAbout Company:Located just outside of Seattle and Tacoma, La Quinta® by Wyndham Auburn provides a memorable stay in the Pacific Northwest.
