JAARS Apprentices is a training opportunity designed to deploy new aviation mechanics and pilots (and their families) into successful, long-term service at JAARS hubs around the globe. During the Apprenticeship, individuals establish a firm foundation that will enable them to pursue their role in the Great Commission.
