News Production Assistant

WLUK FOX 11 has an exciting opportunity for a part-time News Production Assistant!
Responsibilities include: Assist in the production of daily newscasts including, but not limited to:
Set up & tear down of required studio elements and sets  Preshow lighting, audio, and IFB checks Assist with preshow & post-show production Operate teleprompter during newscasts Maintain studio environment and supply inventories Grip for location shoots Crew for remote productions Train to fill in and move up to control room positions Other duties as assigned  Experience: Related education and/or experience preferred Strong candidates will be familiar with all phases of studio and control room operations  General Hours:  Flexible shift that may include working some weekends and holidays  Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc. is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug Free Workplace!
