As the Trajan Wealth Specialist for our Marketing team, you will be providing support in the day-to-day activities of the department with all events/seminars. To be successful, you should have an outgoing personality, professional demeanor, ability to multi-task, organized and stay calm under pressure.
Duties and responsibilities Organize and research various event opportunities for multiple offices nationwide. Answer and make calls to confirm appointments for seminars/ Greet or host a variety of events, including but not limited to: Golf Tournaments, Trade shows, Luncheons, In-House Events and others. Serve as the department primary point of contact for both internal and external event inquiries. Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email. Attendee screening for some events required Keep track of and monitor attendees/leads with platforms such as LeadJig or Eventbrite Order marketing stock, event supplies, prizes etc Coordinate internal and external calendars and communications for various events Reconcile budget spreadsheets using Salesforce, Excel and other event calendars and tools Perform other duties such as Researching competitive pricing, creating and storing Negotiating, selecting and presenting swag recommendations, prizes and event enhancement suggestions, choosing menus, signing contracts, Evenings and weekend availability required due to evening and weekend events/seminars. Travel may be required.
