We are looking for a motivated sales professional interested in selling a lot of new homes, building wealth, and desiring long-term success.Hermiston and Umatilla Oregon are located in the Columbia basin which is one of the fastest-growing areas in the state and one of the best agricultural regions in the USA. The region is experiencing high job growth, with both Opportunity Zones and Enterprise zones attracting new business and expansion of manufacturing and distribution centers. Amazon has also chosen the area as home for 30+ data centers.MonteVista Homes was named builder of the year in Central Oregon in 2018 and our homes swept all tour of homes awards for our price point in both 2021 and 2022.Responsibilities:We are seeking a skilled sales professional, tech-savvy, with excellent communication skills, a great attitude, driven by success and desiring a high income! Primary focus is to sell homes and coordinate the new home purchase process with the ultimate goal of Exceeding expectations to create happy, delighted customers.Requirements Include:Process and close homes in accordance with company business planAdhere to the company's selling philosophy and sales process when serving our home buying customers and realtorsAbilty to utilize all selling and organizational toolsAbility to utilize the CRM lead management softwareKeep Model Home Sales Center open during posted hours.Ability to interact well with associates, customers, outside real estate brokers. This also includes accompanying them through the community model home/sales centers, undecorated models (which may be at various stages of construction), and/or available homesitesAbility to understand and follow proceduresAbility to commit to self-development of sales skillsAbility to accept constructive feedbackAbility to be a team player with strong work ethicAbility to lift and carry supplies and materials up to 25 poundsAbility to provide timely and consistent follow-through with current customers from initial contact to after closingMaintain records of all communicationTravel throughout the local community in order to self-generate sales from realtor/co-broker businesses, referrals and other self-prospectingMaintain an in-depth knowledge of the competitive marketplace, including competition product and pricing, site, local community, sales, advertising and demographicsMonitor and record daily customer traffic utilizing company-designated tracking tools and the CRM systemRecord data regularly and prepare periodic company reports in a timely mannerParticipate in the homebuyer orientation(s) required by MonteVista HomesWork with customers on their builder option purchasesParticipate in neighborhood promotions and marketing programsCommunicate with the field team for proper maintenance of your Model Home Sales Center and Models and secure dailyAttend sales and production meetings to review construction status and sales strategiesLead and/or assist in processing complete paperwork to result in escrows closing in a timely mannerQualifications:College degree or equivalent experienceValid drivers license3 years of sales experienceProficient in Microsoft Office with strong social media skillsCRM lead management experienceKnowledge of real estate lawsKnowledge of the home building industryActive Oregon real estate license or the ability to obtain oneExcellent communication skills, organized and efficientPositive attitude!Self-motivated, professional and resourcefulExcellent communication skills - Always put the company and customer firstAbout Company:MonteVista Homes is a 2nd generation Award-Winning homebuilder who builds quality, value-packed new homes in Oregon.
