We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Network Systems Administrator to join our growing team at our Company. This position is available in our offices located in either Little Rock, AR or Las Vegas, NV. As a Network Systems Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our IT infrastructure and ensuring smooth operations across various hardware and software platforms.
Responsibilities:
As a member of our team, some of your key responsibilities will include:
Providing tier 1 and tier 2 support for asset management, troubleshooting, and maintenance of end-user IT hardware and software.
Implementing and maintaining hardware/software procedures and standards, ensuring adherence to company policies.
Developing, testing, and maintaining software deployment packages using asset management software.
Installing, administering, supporting, and troubleshooting Windows and Linux Servers.
Offering day-to-day technical support to employees for network connectivity and internal computer systems software and hardware.
Collaborating with technical and non-technical users, including senior management, to address IT-related issues.
Managing incident tickets, responding within specified timeframes, and maintaining appropriate documentation.
Conducting desktop software license management to ensure compliance with company policies.
Configuring and maintaining company issue management and asset management systems.
Researching, evaluating, and proposing new technology solutions to enhance IT procedures or hardware/software configurations.
Updating the IT knowledge base and procedural documentation as needed.
Learning and adapting to new services, products, or changes in existing services and products.
Occasional travel to other office locations may be required.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
Strong experience with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office products.
Familiarity with mobile device support (Apple and Android).
Proficiency in DNS, WINS, DHCP services, LAN, WAN, WLAN, and data communication operations analysis.
Knowledge of remote access tools such as VPN and mobile.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Highly motivated, efficient, and well-organized.
Genuine interest in computers and networking technology.
Ability to work independently with general supervision and prioritize tasks effectively.
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:
3 years of hands-on IT experience in a Help Desk, Service Desk, Desktop Support, Network Administrator, or similar environment.
At least 1 year of networking experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on IT experience in a similar environment.
Some college education.
Entry-level or mid-level technical certification (e.g., A+, Network+, Security+, CCT, CCNA, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, etc.).
