SUMMARY DESCRIPTION The Network Leader believes in the genius of every child and consistently advocates and leads with this unwavering belief through action and word. The position serves as the executive-level leader and primary point of contact between the network and district superintendent on all matters related to school support, elevation, and operation. The Network Leader partners with all leaders to identify, plan for and implement evidence-based strategies to attain ambitious results for kids. This role is pivotal to maximizing the performance of educational leaders through targeted strategies and deep knowledge required to elevate the academic improvement of students across multiple grade levels and performance bands. The Network Leader oversees a designated network of schools, designs high-impact professional learning for leaders, aggressively monitors practices, data, and student/leader performance to provide real-time, actionable feedback toward growth, and performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent of Schools, and Transformation Officer. The position requires a strong instructional foundation, a mindset of empowering leaders, and experience with successfully improving student and school performance evidenced by measurable results.

Salary Range: Minimum USD $111,727.12/Yr. to Maximum USD $160,704.01/Yr.
