Typical Day in the Life:
As a Remote NetSuite Lead Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic guidance and leadership to our consulting team as they implement NetSuite solutions for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing a portfolio of projects within the Products Vertical, focusing on inventory-related initiatives such as advanced manufacturing and warehouse management services.
Collaborating with client stakeholders to ensure project satisfaction and success throughout all project phases.
Overseeing project execution, including resource allocation, timeline management, and budget adherence.
Maintaining high-quality standards for project delivery and client satisfaction.
Providing mentorship and support to team members, empowering them to make informed decisions and excel in their roles.
Developing and implementing training plans to enhance team skillsets and capabilities.
Participating in hiring processes and identifying opportunities for team expansion as needed.
Ensuring effective communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders and practice leaders.
Who You Are:
To succeed in this role, you will possess:
10+ years of experience in NetSuite or other ERP systems.
5+ years of consulting experience, preferably in NetSuite software implementations.
Expertise in inventory-related functions within NetSuite or comparable ERP systems.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
A passion for client satisfaction and delivering exceptional service.
