YOUR DAY AS A 2ND SHIFT DISPATCH COORDINATOR Your schedule will revolve around Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 1:00 pm to 9:30 pm, Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, and Sunday from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm. As a 2nd Shift Dispatch Coordinator, you'll be the central figure in our operations, swiftly responding to emergency calls and dispatching technicians. You'll ensure seamless communication by providing detailed updates and documentation to both clients and our day team. Handling purchase orders, negotiating subcontractor rates, and resolving billing discrepancies will also fall within your realm of responsibilities. Your expertise will guarantee a smooth transition of work between night/weekend and day/weekday shifts, maintaining flawless service delivery.
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES? High school diploma or GED 2+ years of proven work experience in retail management, dispatching, project management, or customer service Willingness to work in the office Preferred:
