Nd Shift Bakery Lead

Parallel Employment Group is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Bakery Lead to join our team for the 2nd shift. As a Bakery Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of baked goods, ensuring quality control, and leading a team of bakery associates. 2nd shift: 2:00 pm -10:30 pm (Must be flexible to work weekends)
Training: Training to be conducted during 1st shift hours for 3 weeks
Pay: $20-22.00 hourly based on experience

Responsibilities Oversee the production process of baked goods, including mixing, shaping, proofing, and baking Ensure that all products meet quality standards and are produced in a timely manner Train and supervise bakery associates, providing guidance and support Maintain a clean and organized work environment Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement process improvements Requirements Previous experience in a bakery or food production environment preferred but not required Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards Basic Math skills Flexibility to work as a hands on, floater, whenever coverage is needed Benefits We are an equal opportunity employer
