We are seeking a highly motivated National Sales Manager to join our team. Details below: Job Overview
The Sales Manager role is vital to the continued growth and success of UFR8. The Sales Manager is
a professional who initializes and manages relationships with customers, dedicated to our
customers, passionate about our industry, and driven to do what it takes to obtain new business.
This position entails providing complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to
boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
Job Objective.To continue UFR8 growth and exceed customer expectations and thrive in fast-paced environments,
the Sales Manager must be dedicated to achieving UFR8's vision. The Sales Manager shall
embrace change, be persistent, disciplined, loyal, determined, and value trust earned when the job
is complete.
Responsibilities & Duties
? Present, promote and sell services to existing and prospective customers
? Continually generate new leads
? Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
? Understand growth strategy, goals, commitments, policies, pricing agreements, and struggle
points of all assigned accounts
? Create customer status reports and keep client cheat sheets updated in CRM
? Perform cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential clients
? Handle all customer needs from onboarding to ensuring payment is received
? Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
? Coordinate sales effort with team members
? Forecast and analyze market potential, track sales and status reports
? Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external
stakeholders
? Be a liaise between the customer and team members by communicating and educating the
client as needed
? It is the responsibility of the sales manager to communicate each client's needs to the rest of
the team to ensure we are providing the best-in-class service.
Other responsibilities may include:
? Responsible for working a Shared Mailbox to bring accountability by ensuring all emails go
answered, and to record processes and responses outside of the mailbox.
? File, process, and monitor claims as well as monitoring aging to ensure all customer
accounts are in good standing.
? Monitor, analyze, and report unbilled shipments and variances
? Forecasting customer ranking and setting next month goals
? Recruiting, training, and overseeing new sales staff
Qualifications
? Bachelor's Degree in business or related fields (preferred)
? Minimum of 5 years sales experience with 2 years being in a supervisory level
? Must be able to manage time and stay on task.
? Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional
relationships
? Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs
? Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, specifically excel, Gmail and google docs.
? Must be able to work minimum of 40 hours a week (In office when instructed)
? Maintain a positive attitude
? Results driven.
Knowledge
? Industry knowledge required pertaining to logistics.
? Knows how to forecast customer sales.
? Excellent knowledge of MS Office & Google
? Know where to find processes and procedures, how to follow them and provide input
? How to communicate effectively with customers and maintain a positive rapport
Daily Tasks
1. Check in with each accounts main point of contact.
2. Social media presence
3. Take time to lead source.
4. Monitor sales numbers.
5. Update CRM.
6. Check all variances.
7. Continually communicate throughout the day with account management team on all current
issues.
