Responsibilities
• Ownership and delivery of Online Joint Business Plan to achieve targets• Manage day-to-day commercial relationship with customer• Drive sell-in of new launches and analyze business performance• Define and execute brand growth strategies for account• Act as key point of contact with account, manage daily requests• Define and manage trade budget• Maximize retail onsite exposure through trade and online exclusives• Measure performance of co-op campaigns and make recommendations• Execution of Perfect Store On-line• Ensure flawless operations with the customer
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree; advanced degree is a plus• Minimum 4+ years of retail, CPG or account management experience• 2-3 years of e-commerce experience• Good knowledge of retail.com business model• Strong analytical skills• Good negotiating skills• Ability to work effectively within a fast paced, complex matrix environment
