Description and Requirements Position Responsibilities:
Identify and address orders stuck in Lenovo's ordering system, collaborating with internal teams for resolution. Research and provide timely resolutions to customer inquiries, effectively communicating and engaging with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Professionally handle communication with both internal and external customers. Demonstrate excellent documentation and follow-up skills. Handle inbound and make outbound calls as necessary to ensure issue resolution as needed. Perform other duties as instructed by management. Position Qualifications: Basic: High school degree or equivalent. Preferred: Excellent customer service and client-focused skills. Ability to speak French is a plus. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and data analysis abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Technical and product knowledge capacity. Personal effectiveness and credibility. Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics, Flash OFP, SAP, and Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, Word). Accurate typing and word processing, email communication, internet navigation, and working within multiple systems interchangeably. Ability to learn and master new information quickly and apply feedback constructively. Resourceful and creative problem-solving with superior attention to detail. Strong people skills and the ability to navigate difficult situations while staying calm under pressure.
