Music School Administrator

Job Description Neighborhood Music School is seeking a fun and professional part-time staff member to help administer our Aurora, CO music school. This staff member will serve as the primary point of contact for our students, families, and teachers to ensure smooth functioning of our day-to-day operations.
The desired time commitment for this position is 5 days per week, Sundays (11:30am-6pm) and Monday-Thursday on the closing shift (2pm-8:30pm). 
Primary responsibilities include: Registering new clients Client scheduling Client billing Teacher scheduling Answer calls & emails Daily Schedule Revision Reception, During Teaching Hours The successful candidate will be an organized, motivated self-starter with a strong customer service mindset. A demonstrated interest in music and music education would be an asset.
Pay will be commensurate with experience. A 401(k) with company matching is available to all of our employees after 90 days on the job. Health, dental, and vision benefits are available to employees who average 30 hours per week, and PTO is available.
