This position will be based out of Atlanta and will oversee 7 high volume locations. Multi-Unit Food and Beverage General Manager Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of leadership in a Multi-Venue Food and Beverage role in High-Volume Hotels, Resorts or Upscale Contract Food Services Endowed with the hospitality gene and focused on the quality of the guest experience A forward thinker that can work independently and resolve issues A leader of others that can grow and develop teams and individuals Strong understanding for delivering exceptional results without compromising standards Ability to budget, forecast, and adjust to meet and exceed financial objectives Ability to embrace and teach our organization's long-enduring culture A desire to constantly be improving your team and bringing your people to the next level Strong passion for food and knowledge of current trends A professional that can be creative and also can sustain and improve existing operations Experience with union workplace a plus Strong written and communication skills to all levels Mulri-Unit Food and Beverage General Manager Compensation: Strong competitive base salary Attainable bonus structure Strong benefits package 401K with company match Paid vacation Tremendous and positive company culture Real growth potential
