Responsibilities
• Knowledge of medications and correct administration• Perform and document a complete admission assessment• Initiate and revise individualized nursing care plan• Formulate teaching plan and evaluate effectiveness of learning• Perform treatments and provide services• Communicate appropriately to Nurse Manager, co-workers, and physicians• Consult other departments for interdisciplinary approach to patient's needs• Provide care appropriate to condition and age of patient• Participate in orientation of new personnel• Assist physicians with procedures and perform services
Requirements
• Current Mississippi Registered Nurse Licensure• One year of RN TELE experience preferred• Moderate to advanced computer and data entry skills• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English• Ability to lift and exert force• Ability to stand, walk, sit, talk, and hear
