Motor Clothes Associate

Job Summary:The Motor Clothes Associate at Michael Hohl Automotive Group is a crucial member of our Sales team, responsible for providing excellent customer service and promoting the sale of motor clothes and accessories in our showroom. This is a full-time hourly position in the Auto industry, located in Carson City, Nevada. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication and customer service skills, and a keen eye for fashion and style. This is an individual contributor role, reporting to the Sales Manager.Compensation & Benefits:This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $14 per hour, paid semimonthly. In addition, full-time employees are eligible for benefits including health insurance, and employee discounts on motor clothes and accessories.Responsibilities:Greet customers and provide friendly and professional customer service at all timesAssist customers in selecting motor clothes and accessories that meet their needs and preferencesUtilize knowledge and understanding of motor clothes and accessories to make appropriate product recommendationsAccurately operate the point-of-sale system to complete sales transactionsMaintain an organized and visually appealing showroom at all timesTake inventory and restock motor clothes and accessories as neededContinuously learn about new products and be able to effectively communicate features and benefits to customersAttend product training and sales meetings as requiredEnsure compliance with all company policies and proceduresCollaborate with the Sales team to meet and exceed sales goalsRequirements:High school diploma or equivalentMinimum of 2 years of retail or sales experience, preferably in the automotive industryKnowledge and passion for motor clothes and accessoriesExcellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsProficient in using computer systems and point-of-sale softwareMust be able to work weekends and holidays as neededEEOC Statement:The Michael Hohl Automotive Group is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
