Description Shamrock/CMG Home Loans is hiring a Production Assistant who will provide support to the Loan Officer by ensuring timely closing of loan files via communication with operations staff and customers.
Must work onsite at the Rumford, RI Branch located at 75 Newman Ave, East Providence, RI, 02916 Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Request disclosuresOpen escrow, collect fees and order preliminary title reportOrder appraisalsCollect and review client documentationReview income analysis from the Loan OfficerSubmit loans documentation to processing (Submission form, Intent to proceed, LDP/GSA, Net Tangible)Gather Loan Agent PTD and PTF conditionsSubmit requests for Rapid RescoresPreferred Qualifications and Experience: 2+ years of experience in mortgage industry preferred.Familiarity with mortgage terminology.Experience with Point software preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.Excellent communication skills both written and oral.Ability to work in a fast paced fluid environment.High level of integrity and confidentiality required. PHYSICAL and ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS Standard office environment, equipment and tasks, including work at a computer terminal. This position requires partial sitting and walking throughout the day. Employee must be open to work overtime to complete assigned tasks.
Base Compensation Information– This role is currently allocated for candidates within geographic regions that do not currently require base wage disclosure. The compensation range for this position will be provided upon request. (Due to their geographic location, residents of the states of CA & CO, and for New York City are excluded from this role at this time.)
