Are you a dedicated and experienced professional seeking a meaningful role in client support? We're looking for a Wholesale Client Advocate to join our team! As a Wholesale Client Advocate, you'll serve as the primary point of contact between our valued clients and our business line, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of any concerns throughout the loan process.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate professionally and effectively via phone and email.
- Maintain a client-centric focus, adhering to Client Service Standards and taking ownership of inquiries.
- Provide continuous updates to clients at every step of the loan process.
- Proactively address client needs and concerns through outbound calls.
- Deliver accurate answers to inbound client calls and emails with a high level of professionalism.
- Collaborate with various department Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to resolve issues and answer client questions.
- Document all client interactions in internal systems for seamless communication across departments.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in the mortgage industry.
- Background in processing, closing, or funding, with a preference for candidates with funding experience.
- Understanding of different loan types, including FHA, VA, Cashout, Purchase, and Streamline.
- Wholesale experience is highly desirable.
