Position Summary:
As a Loan Originator Assistant, you will provide vital administrative support in the production and management of mortgage loans. Your role involves assisting customers with professionalism, courtesy, and confidentiality.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Offer general administrative support to Mortgage Loan Originators, including managing calls, organizing documents, scheduling, and handling correspondence.
- Facilitate mortgage application processes, verifying information, and ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Proactively resolve customer inquiries and issues with diligence and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with loan processors to ensure seamless workflow.
- Arrange document pickup and delivery, as well as assist with audit and examination preparations.
- Adhere to relevant state and federal regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Two years of office administrative experience; mortgage or consumer lending experience preferred.
- Licenses & Certifications: Registration with the National Mortgage Loan Licensing Registry may be required.
- Knowledge & Communication Skills: Strong proficiency in English language; excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Analytical & Decision Making Skills: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Computer/Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ability to adapt to new software.

- Professional office environment with moderate noise levels.
