Responsibilities
• Position assembled molds on press bed of molding machine and align dies with matrices• Install dies on machines using clamps, bolts, and hand tools• Adjust stroke of ram and connect steam, oil, or waterlines to molding machines• Set machine controls to ensure process control during manufacturing cycle• Place necessary mixtures of resins into hopper• Start up sample mold runs and verify critical dimensions• Responsible for general housekeeping of work area• Set up and repair machinery and equipment• Perform startup and shutdown of equipment• Perform preventative maintenance as scheduled
Requirements
• 3-5 years related experience• Salary: $22-$27 per hour
