Responsibilities
• Write up repair orders via mobile tablet• Engage with several customers each day and represent Apple Autos• Consult customers on mechanical diagnoses and required repairs• Perform a multi-point inspection• Perform work specified on maintenance and repair orders• Commit to leave-no-trace clean up• Continue ongoing training to stay abreast of new technology and techniques• Be a part of an amazing, cutting-edge team working to revolutionize service experience
Requirements
• Previous experience as an automotive technician• Valid Driver License and acceptable driving record• Team oriented, flexible, high energy, and focused on maintaining customer service• Ability to navigate a tablet for repair orders and inspections• Ford certified, base level tech B/C• Basic Electrical knowledge preferred• Self-motivated, personable, dependable, and trustworthy• Flexibility for bending, squatting, and laying on the ground• Ability to perform under vehicle services• Willingness to work in diverse weather conditions• Physical strength to lift between 75 to 100 pounds
