Responsibilities
• Manage RO process (creation, closeout, and processing payment)• Coordinate with Parts Department for parts availability• Ensure mobile service unit is loaded with needed parts• Take incoming mobile service requests• Determine scheduled day and time, maximizing route optimization• Dispatch appropriate technician for requested repair• Confirm customer appointment• Ensure customer satisfaction• Partner with Fleet staff to solicit fleet business• Partner with dealership Marketing Department to promote mobile service
Requirements
• Excellent communication skills• Ability to read, speak and understand English• Ability to multi-task• Ability to work alone and manage one's own time• Computer literate (MS Word, Advanced Excel, Outlook)• Organized and extremely detail-oriented• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines• Research skills• General math skills• Basic knowledge of dealership operations and/or office/clerical experience
