In addition, the Company has interests in several precious metals' exploration projects throughout North America.Coeur Rochester, a subsidiary of Coeur Mining Inc. based near Lovelock, Nevada is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at the Rochester Mine.Position SummaryThis position will report directly to the Mobile Maintenance Shift Supervisor and will be responsible for the execution of daily administrative activities within the Mobile Maintenance department, to include liaison communications between the mine Maintenance department and other mine site departments. This is considered a fulltime position, requiring twelve (12) hour a day working shifts.The Mobile Maintenance Shift Coordinator supports, when required emergency work that takes place outside of the normal duties described. Assists in the development and implementation of maintenance related continuous Maintenance and Reliability improvement Projects and Initiatives.What You'll Do:Mobile Maintenance data entry to include work request and work order management as well as updating departmental communication centers.Ability to manage radio calls from both mobile maintenance technicians and mine operations personnel for equipment repair necessities. Ability to proficiently track and enter equipment check-in/check-out events within the company's computerized maintenance systems.Ability to look-up and order parts in a computerized system. Ability to perform warehouse parts issuing as required, to include parts staging for work activities within the maintenance workshop and support field technician requirements. Ability to receive and control afterhours parts delivery and document control.Demonstrate a safe workplace culture and mindset while adhering to safety, environmental, and company procedures and guidelines.Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.What We're Looking For:High school diploma or equivalent required.Must have basic computer skills Knowledgeable with Excel and Word computer programsKnowledge with Oracle computerized tool or similar system and Advent-X Mobile App will be desirable.
