Responsibilities
• Provide Preventative Maintenance (PM) to Trucks and Identify unreported problems.• Effective Communication with the dispatcher on arrivals, departures, and job progress.• Daily Inventory management.• Participate in required training and utilize that training in the course of their work.• Complete timely, quality PM services• Documentation management per company guidelines to include proper completion of Field Service Reports (FSR) and used oil manifest completion.
Requirements
• Willing to work irregular hours on customer sites, in all weather conditions to include nights and weekends.• Tools are a plus but not required. WW Williams will provide PM-specific tooling for the task.• Experience as a Diesel Mechanic / Service Tech is a plus but not required.• Possess a valid driver's license and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) (No CDL Required).• Must be organized and have good verbal/written communication skills.• Must have the ability to make clear, sound decisions.
