Mission Integration Lead The Opportunity:

Combine your skills with big picture thinking to make an impact in leading the delivery of technology improvements for data integration to realize Combined Joint All-Domain Command and Control. You understand your customer's operational environment and how to guide strategy to develop and integrate the right data and software systems for their mission. Your ability to understand modern digital transformation opportunities and translate real-world mission needs into technical specifications, makes you an integral part of delivering a customer focused solution.
As the Mission Integration Lead, you will lead and support a team of operational and technical experts to develop warfighting capabilities, identify opportunities to integrate solutions, and transition new technologies that close time-critical gaps in high-priority warfighting missions. You will serve as a recognizable leader and change agent to internal and external audiences.
You will be responsible for independently coordinating and completing project management activities. We're looking for someone with strong leadership and interpersonal skills to collaborate and work with stakeholders from across the DoD enterprise. As the team lead, you will oversee and manage deliverables, schedules, staffing, and risk.

You Have: 8+ years of experience with program or project management and the DoD
Experience defining an operational workflow and identifying process improvements for accelerated decision making
Experience working with DoD operators and their mission-objectives to identify their data requirements and shape technical solutions for strategic and operational-level mission planning processes
Experience with developing high-quality, professional briefings and written reports to succinctly capture key issues for DoD decision-makers
Knowledge of Joint Fires and Joint Targeting, including the targeting process to synchronize intelligence collection (IC) plans with joint fires
Knowledge of DoD strategic planning, Geographic or Functional Combatant Command, or Joint Staff level planning and operations
Ability to coordinate with Directors and staff to support the priorities and capabilities in combined and joint environments, across all domains
Ability to leverage data-driven technologies and inform new data-centric methodologies that enable senior leader decision making in dynamic strategic environments
Top Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have: Experience with Agile methodologies and engineering
Knowledge of Object Based Production, such as OBP and modeling
Knowledge of the Indo-Pacific AOR, its mission priorities and objectives
Ability to leverage data-driven technologies and inform new data-centric methodologies
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
