Creates and maintains all job plans, procedures and checklists for planned work including incorporation of best practicesResponsible for planning and scheduling of weekly area maintenance plans (daily buckets) and integration with mine production plansResponsible for planning and scheduling for mine outagesMaintains accurate and timely status codes on work orders to facilitate the scheduling processTrack work flow KPI's to drive work efficiency improvementsParticipate in KPI meetings prepared with reasons for success and causes/solutions for performance deviationsPartners with Production and Services in weekly scheduling meetings to ensure equipment availability and job readinessCreate Work Release Forms when required Conduct safety audits (housekeeping, SWI, awareness, HRP/ SORRY) and apply MSHA/OSHA/State of WY Mining Laws rules and regulationsIncluded in the Maintenance Weekend Duty rotationGenerate work release requests and create standard job plans Supports Maintenance Engineers on projectsWork with the mine management on outage planning and 920/OBSLRecommends parts for stores inventoryDevelop the weekly maintenance schedule into daily buckets in conjunction with the applicable Gatekeeper(s) by conducting the weekly work selection and schedule confirmation meetingsMaintains eight "rolling weeks" of schedules by pre populating these schedules with Preventative Maintenance (PM) orders Integrates with reliability engineers to ensure that job plans are aligned with the most effective technologies available for the jobs.Has a working knowledge of the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), to minimize grievances.Other duties as assignedSkill, Capability and Educational Requirements:B.S. in Engineering and 1 years in plant/mine maintenance and/or production ORHS Diploma or equivalent and 3 years in plant/mine maintenance and/or production Planning or Scheduling experience strongly preferredStrong SAP/Oracle or other CMMS skills preferredDemonstrated capability with MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and TeamsFinal determination on pay grade and salary will be made by HR and company leadership holistically considering the candidate's education, experience, past performance, demonstrated leadership and influence.Genesis Energy is an equal opportunity employer.
