Role Overview
As an Account Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in our Mid Market segment, engaging with clients who value efficiency and innovation. You'll navigate the sales cycle with agility, leveraging your expertise to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions. This role offers the flexibility of remote work, with occasional travel required for events and client meetings.
Responsibilities
Manage the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and negotiation discussions.
Cultivate a robust pipeline of opportunities through various channels, including calls, emails, networking, and social media.
Collaborate closely with our Customer Success team to ensure seamless transitions from sales to onboarding.
Provide valuable market feedback to internal teams, contributing to product development and operational enhancements.
Represent the company at conferences and events, both nationally and internationally.
Qualifications
3-7 years of experience in a sales role, with a proven track record of closing deals.
Previous experience in the insurance or legal industries preferred.
Proficiency in sales tools, such as HubSpot, is advantageous.
Comfortable with travel and event attendance.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a knack for relationship-building.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.
High level of professionalism and communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
