** Mid-City Branch Manager**

**The New Orleans Firemen's FCU** is seeking a **Mid-City Branch Manager** to join our dynamic team. This position is responsible for directing and administering the operational efforts of the Branch. They ensure that established policies and procedures are followed, as well as oversee the provision of a full range of services to members and prospective members.
**Additional responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to the following:**
* Ensures that NOFFCU members are promptly and professionally served.
* Supervises work scheduling and workflow of daily operations
* Trains, directs and supervises Branch staff
* Effectively adhere to BSA, CIP, Account Ownership and Identity Theft policies and procedures
* Effectively assist members in identifying financial goals and building plans for achievement (i.e. Planning Worksheet, calculators and Cash Flow Analysis)
* Effectively assist members with lending products and services
* Effectively communicate to staff their role in the success of the organization
* Effectively conduct application interviews with members (membership and loans)
* Effectively creates opportunity to sell NOFFCU products and services to members
* Effectively ensure documentation of counseling sessions and required follow-up within contact management system
* Effectively ensure loan file documentation, completion and compliance
* Effectively ensure timely follow-up on escalated member issues within area of responsibility
* Effectively identify potential fraudulent transactions and refer accordingly
* Effectively schedule and conducts financial counseling sessions with members
* Effectively serves as a mentor and excellent role model for staff
**Education:**High school graduate or equivalent. Additional college coursework in business or finance preferred
**Required Knowledge:** Understanding of the Credit Unions field of membership.
Thorough knowledge of Credit Union services and products.
Understanding of related legal and regulatory requirements.
Familiarity with Branch functions, policies, and procedures.
**Experience Required:** At least five years of related experience in a financial institution, with a minimum of two years of supervisory experience. XP experience is a plus.

**The range for this position is $42,700 to $51,951.08.**
