Responsibilities
• Review work order or schedule established by team leader• Read and understand process sheet/blueprint• Process parts through plating, passivation, or cleaning lines as required• Log all procedures as dictated by plating specifications• Calculate surface area of parts and apply current density• Operate measuring devices• Run product through processes using rack or barrels• Setup fixtures, racks, and barrels• Work in a team environment• Proper waste disposal and participate in lean and 5S+ activities
Requirements
• H.S. Diploma or GED required• Minimum of one (1) year experience in a manufacturing/operations environment• Must be a U.S. person within the meaning of ITAR regulations• Ability to perform basic arithmetic• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, tooling, fixtures, and equipment• Ability to multitask• Willingness to work overtime and weekends• Basic computer skills• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for 8-10 hours a day
